Read the guide01What do I need to use VoIP?
You need a suitable internet connection and a compatible device or application. Your network, equipment and business requirements are assessed before activation.
02Can I keep my current number?
Porting eligibility is checked for each number and service. Request a review to confirm requirements, documents and the transition schedule.
03Can I use it on mobile and desktop?
A compatible softphone lets you use your business extension on a computer or mobile. The application and required settings depend on the service.
04Can I use my existing phone system?
A compatible IP PBX can often be connected through a SIP Trunk. Technical compatibility and simultaneous call requirements are checked first.
05What happens if my internet goes down?
VoIP devices that depend on that connection will be affected. Backup connectivity and alternative routing can be considered where supported.
06How is my quote calculated?
Your quote is prepared around your users, simultaneous calls, destinations, numbers and infrastructure. Setup, call charges, taxes and support are specified in your individual proposal.
