Information you submit
The contact form stores your name, company if provided, email, phone number, selected service and plan, team size, billing preference and message. It also stores your request reference, the submission date and the version of the notice you accepted.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry details to respond to your request, prepare a service proposal and keep a record of our communication. Please do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information.
Contact requests and email
Your enquiry is saved in the website database. When email delivery is enabled, the application queues an acknowledgement and an internal notification. Delivery status is available to the authorised administrator.
Storage and access
Enquiry information is kept for the time needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, taking into account applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us for information about a specific record.
Access is restricted to authorised personnel and the technical providers needed to operate the website and email service.
Cookies and security
Language preference is stored in the netiva_language cookie for up to one year. The protected admin area uses an eight-hour session cookie after sign-in.
Your privacy requests
You can contact the privacy email above to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, or to raise a privacy concern. Include your request reference where available. Requests are assessed according to the rights and obligations that apply to the processing.
You may also contact the competent data protection supervisory authority, including the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
Optional website analytics
Analytics run only after you accept them. Your choice is remembered in local storage for up to 180 days and can be changed through Privacy settings. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests are respected.
Netiva analytics stores daily page-view totals by public page, language, broad source category and device category for up to 365 days. It does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, full referrer URLs or form details in analytics records.
