Ask which application is recommended for your service. Install it from an official source.

You will need the SIP credentials supplied by your provider. Keep them private and do not reuse the password for other services.

Select your microphone and headphones, and give the application the audio permissions it needs.

Check registration, incoming calls and audio quality. Follow your service instructions for specific settings.
